Valoris operates an engineered landfill site to eliminate sorted waste that cannot presently be recovered. Such final waste is buried, compacted, and layered over with a covering material. Valoris also manages the leachate water treatment system, the biogas capture and burn system, and carries out environmental surveillance associated with these various activities.
